*TRIVENI GALAXY - After repeated reminders, notices and waivers to clear dues, Triveni has cancelled some 28 units - 2 in T1, 6 in t12, 9 in t14, 4 in t16, 7 in t17. two coordinators one each in t15 and t17 would also be dropped for non clearance of dues. *TRIVENI GALAXY - Website trivenigalaxy.com is now online and functional. Access passwords have been sent to all customers in 8 working towers. If not received pls email a request to company with unit no, allottee name. Sub: Joint Coordination Between Flat Allottees and Triveni Group.

         

Dear Sir/ Madam

         

          The Company wishes to acknowledge and thanks all the valued customers who had shown their deep faith in Triveni Group and its residential project, which is being executed at sector-78, Faridabad , titled as “TRIVENI GALAXY”.

         

          As requested by various valued customer, Company had set up a Joint Coordination Committee between the Allottees and Triveni Group Tower Basis to monitor the progress of the construction in order to complete the projects on time and further to solve the various type of grievances.

         

As you are aware that the committee had fixed tenure of 3 months, after which the coordinators would either be freshly appointed or re-appointed.

         

We wish to invite volunteers for the same. In case if you are keen to offer yourself in any of the following areas:-

a)      Finance: - To monitor the finance/ fund flow receivable from the customers and subsequently use the funds at site.

         

b)      Construction: - To monitor the progress and quality of construction at site.

         

c)      Coordination: - For better coordination between the company and the flat allottees.

         

Please send your name, unit number along with area of interest specified by mail or email before 25th January, 2010 , if interested.
